At FOOP, we believe in our products and are confident you will too. However, if you are not fully satisfied within 30 days of purchase, you can request a refund or replacement.

Return Policy

At FOOP, we believe in our products and are confident you will too. However, if you are not fully satisfied with any purchase made on thefoop.com, you can return new unused and unopened products in their original packaging for a refund or replacement within thirty (30) days of purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items:

Every effort is made to ensure that you receive products free from damage or manufacturer’s defects. However, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged in shipping, or otherwise incorrect, please contact us at helpmeout@thefoop.com. We kindly ask you to include photos of the defective or damaged product so we can verify your request and send you a replacement as soon as possible. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement to arrive may vary.

Returns

You may return new, unopened, unused items in original packaging within thirty (30) days following the date of purchase. Returns other than for exchange or replacement for defective, incorrect, or damaged products, will be assessed a 40% restocking fee (see below), which will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you’d like to return item(s) from your order, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us at helpmeout@thefoop.com and include your order number and name of the product you’d like to return in your email
  2. Once we receive your email, we will provide you a return label including tracking information
  3. Ship the product back to us in original packaging within 5 business days after receiving the return label

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days, and a credit (minus the 40% restocking fee) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Restocking fees are charged to cover the labor cost of returning product into our physical inventory.
